How to join your first Hero 11 Fantasy contest
A careful first run through Hero 11 Fantasy: choosing the right match, reading the card and questions, and knowing where your entry goes afterwards.
Quick answer
Log in, tap Fantasy and choose Cricket or Football. Open a match card and check the teams, start time, entry amount, spots and prize pool. Read each Yes/No question and the contest rules, then confirm only if the entry fits your budget. Your entry appears under My Matches, where it stays until Hero11 settles the result. 18+ only.
Step 1: Choose Cricket or Football
Can't log in yet? Start with the Hero 11 Fantasy login guide.
- Log in and tap Fantasy in the top tabs. (Explore also has a Fantasy section with the same cards.)
- Tap Cricket or Football. The number beside each filter is how many matches are open right now.
- Scroll the list and look for a match you actually follow — you'll read the questions better.
Step 2: Check the match card
Cards from the same series look alike, so tick off every line before you open one:
- Tournament and teams: the right competition and both sides you expect.
- Start time and countdown: entries close before or at the start, so the countdown is your deadline.
- Entry: what you pay to join this contest. It can differ between contests on the same match.
- Spots: how many entries the contest takes.
- Prize pool: the total for the whole contest — not what one entry wins.

Step 3: Read the Yes/No questions word for word
When we checked in October 2026, cricket contests asked short Yes/No questions about one match — for example whether a named player reaches a score or wins a match award. Small words change the answer, so read slowly.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Who the question names | A player, a team or an award — not the same thing |
| The exact number or event | “Reach 50” and “more than 50” differ by one run |
| Which match or innings | A question about one match doesn't cover the series |
| Cancelled or shortened matches | The contest rules say what happens; read them first |
Step 4: Confirm only what fits your budget
Before you confirm, decide how much you are willing to spend on this match and stop there. For a first try, one contest with an entry you are comfortable losing is enough to see how settlement works.
Hero11's own screens show the current entry amounts and any offers — this guide doesn't list amounts because they change. If something on the card isn't clear, open the contest details or rules on the Hero11 Fantasy tab before you join.
Step 5: Follow it in My Matches
After you join, the contest moves to My Matches. A match finishing and a contest being settled are two separate steps: Hero11 applies the result under that contest's rules, so the status can take a little time to change.
If a result looks wrong, note the match, the question and the time, then contact Hero11 through Help at the bottom of the Hero11 site. Don't post account details in public channels.
Paid tip groups and “predictor” apps can't see a result before it happens. Fantasy contests with an entry amount are for adults 18+; set limits and keep to them — see responsible play.
Frequently asked questions
How do I join a Hero 11 Fantasy contest?
Log in, tap Fantasy, pick Cricket or Football and open a match card. Check the teams, start time, entry and spots, answer the Yes/No questions, read the rules and confirm. The entry then shows under My Matches.
What does the prize pool on a Hero11 match card mean?
It is the total pool for that contest as shown on the card. It is not what a single entry receives; the contest rules explain how it is shared.
When do Hero 11 Fantasy entries close?
Before or at the start of the match. The countdown on the card shows how long is left; check the contest details for the exact closing point.
What if my Hero 11 Fantasy match is cancelled?
It depends on that contest's rules. Open the contest details and read how cancelled, shortened or abandoned matches are handled before you join.
