Hero 11 Fantasy download problems and how to fix them

Download stuck, paused or failed
- Open Chrome › ⋮ › Downloads and look at the Hero11 entry. Paused? Tap Resume.

- Move to steady Wi-Fi or strong mobile data, pause any VPN, and turn off battery saver or data saver for a few minutes.

Not enough storage
Chrome shows the file size when the download starts. As a rule of thumb, keep about twice that plus 500 MB free, because Android unpacks the file while installing and the app saves data once you use it.
Check Settings › Storage, then clear large videos, old downloads (including extra Hero11 files named “(1)”, “(2)”) and apps you don't use.

The update won't download or install
